Consequent to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement between Mylan Laboratories Limited (“MLL”), Senador Laboratories Private Limited (“Company”) and their respective shareholders (“Demerger Scheme”) by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad on August 28, 2023, MLL demerged its Women’s Healthcare business in India, primarily related to its oral and injectable contraceptives into the Company effective from February 21, 2024.
